Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

1. Platform Agreement and User Capacity

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("User") and Fuse Labs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Archon AI SaaS platform. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Section 10A of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 [1]. By creating an account or accessing the dashboard, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Exclusive Early Access & Co-Creation Disclaimers

Archon AI is currently in an **Exclusive Early Access (Beta)** phase [1]. By using the platform, you understand that you are participating in an experimental cohort designed to co-create, test, and optimize our proprietary AI models and workflows [1]. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree to the following technical conditions:

3. General Use & Security Regulations

You agree to use Archon AI solely for lawful business operations. You must not attempt to execute script injections, reverse-engineer platform APIs, bypass our cloud database security models, or automate requests to exploit or disrupt our system nodes [1, 2.1]. Any attempt to bypass platform restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice.

4. Disclaimers for AI-Generated Outputs

Our platform includes tools to draft contracts (Client Commitments), support responses, hiring materials, and financial estimations (War Room Runway Simulator). You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

5. Public Search and Directory Crawling Policy

Our Candidate Search and lead generation features function as automated query orchestrators [2.2.1]. They translate your parameters into public search engine queries to retrieve publicly indexable surface web links [2.2.1]. You acknowledge and agree that:

6. Lead Generation & Contact Compliance

Our systems predict possible corporate email patterns based on public corporate syntax [1.2]. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that any outreach, cold emails, or messages sent using these drafts or patterns comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and standard international communication laws (such as local anti-spam regulations). Fuse Labs and its founder carry no liability for spam complaints, fines, or damages resulting from your communications.

7. Peer-to-Peer Connection Network Rules

Our platform allows users to opt into a searchable directory to match with other founders. If you enable this, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other matched users. We do not verify the claims, backgrounds, or status of matched profiles. Fuse Labs acts strictly as an intermediary and is not a party to, nor liable for, any deals, partnerships, disputes, or contracts formed between users of this service.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, Fuse Labs, its founder (Shubh Yadav), and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruptions, or system outages caused by third-party hosting partners—arising from or in connection with your use of the platform. Under all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall be limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuse Labs and its founder from any claims, damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform’s output.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
